We had the option of using a DSLR camera or a phone with a portrait mood to take the photos. The portrait below was taken with the iPhone 13 portrait mood. The aim is to develop a theme/idea with layers of images using design principles. Project 1A: Physical Collage I decided to use materials gathered from magazines for the pre-composition and try to work them up into a physical collage. Because it was a fashion magazine with a lot of material I could use, I decided to make the theme about women, fashion, and nature.
